The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through compliance best practices while embedding these requirements into the solution design and delivery process.\nDesign Phase\nConduct in-depth analysis of existing integration rules, custom formats, and business processes to identify gaps and optimisation opportunities.\nLead advanced design workshops with multiple stakeholders, covering Directory, E-Invoicing, E-Reporting, and complex Use Cases.\nDefine field-level mapping strategies for AP Automation and Network integrations, ensuring scalability and compliance with multi-country mandates.\nCollaborate with technical teams to design API notification flows, E-Reporting content structures, and integration points for custom requirements.\nProvide recommendations for process improvements and automation enhancements based on best practices.\nBuild & SIT (System Integration Testing)\nConfigure complex invoicing structures, endpoints, and entity hierarchies in Network and AP Automation for multi-entity organisations.\nDevelop and maintain custom import configuration files, mapping new fields and adapting business rules for advanced scenarios.\nExecute comprehensive end-to-end testing, including regression testing for existing customers, and document findings in detail.\nImplement advanced features such as E-Invoicing lifecycle setup, E-Reporting monitoring dashboards, Directory API integrations, and portal entity registration for global compliance.\nTroubleshoot integration issues across multiple systems and propose technical resolutions.\nUAT (User Acceptance Testing)\nDesign detailed UAT plans, including complex test scenarios for multi-country compliance and high-volume transactions.\nFacilitate UAT workshops, guiding customer teams through validation processes and compliance checks.\nAnalyse defects, perform root cause analysis, and develop fixes with clear documentation for audit purposes.\nEnsure traceability of requirements from design to UAT for compliance assurance.\nMove to Production\nPrepare comprehensive Go-Live readiness plans, including risk assessments and contingency strategies.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cutover and minimal disruption to business operations.\nValidate compliance configurations before production deployment.\nHypercare (Post-Go-Live Support)\nProvide expert-level Hypercare support, addressing complex issues related to compliance, integrations, and performance.\nMonitor system behaviour post-deployment, identify recurring patterns, and implement long-term fixes.\nDocument resolutions and share knowledge transfer with customer teams for future self-sufficiency.\n *Flexible shift timings*\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nMinimum 4-5 years of implementation experience in ERP/AP automation projects.\nAdvanced understanding of Accounts Payable processes and workflows.\nHands-on experience with system configuration, data mapping, and integration (APIs, SFTP, REST).\nAbility to lead workshops and manage complex testing phases.\nFamiliarity with e-invoicing standards and compliance frameworks.\nStrong documentation and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with Basware or similar AP automation platforms.\nExposure to multi-country implementations with varying compliance mandates.\nKnowledge of digital and custom delivery methodologies.\nExperience with AI tools, frameworks, or applications is considered a strong asset. \nWe highly value candidates who demonstrate curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to explore and incorporate AI-driven technologies into their work.
