The role spans design, build, testing, and post-go-live support, requiring strong implementation expertise and customer engagement skills.\nCompliance Focus\nThis role demands a proactive approach to regulatory compliance, ensuring that all configurations, integrations, and workflows meet local statutory requirements such as e-invoicing, e-reporting, and tax mandates. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through compliance best practices while embedding these requirements into the solution design and delivery process.\nDesign Phase\n Analyse existing integration rules and formats.\nDesign field updates and mapping for AP Automation and Network integrations.\nSupport API notification and E-Reporting content mapping.\nBuild & SIT (System Integration Testing)\nConfigure invoicing addresses, endpoints, and entity settings in Network and AP Automation\nUpdate import configuration files and mapping for new fields and business rules.\nExecute end-to-end testing, document findings, and propose resolutions.\nImplement E-Invoicing, lifecycle setup, E-Reporting, Directory API, and portal entity registration.\nUAT (User Acceptance Testing)\nPrepare test scenarios and plans.\nSupport customer UAT, identify defects, and document findings.\nAnalyse issues, develop fixes, and ensure resolution documentation.\nMove to Production\nPrepare and execute Go-Live activities.\nEnsure smooth transition and readiness for production.\nHypercare (Post-Go-Live Support)\nProvide support for reported issues during Hypercare phases.\nIdentify and resolve defects, document resolutions, and ensure system stability.\n *Flexible shift timings*\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nProven experience as an Implementation or Solution Consultant in ERP/AP automation projects.\nStrong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and workflows.\nHands-on experience with system configuration, data mapping, and integration (APIs, SFTP, REST).\nFamiliarity with e-invoicing standards and reporting frameworks.\nAbility to manage workshops, testing phases, and customer training.·Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Experience\nMinimum 2 years of implementation experience in ERP or AP automation projects.\nExperience with Basware or similar AP automation platforms.\nExposure to multi-country implementations with varying compliance mandates.\nKnowledge of digital and custom delivery methodologies.\nExperience with AI tools, frameworks, or applications is considered a strong asset. \nWe highly value candidates who demonstrate curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to explore and incorporate AI-driven technologies into their work.
