Have you already demonstrated an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment?\nIf you are eager to make an impact, take first ownership, and contribute to the success of a global organization, we would love to hear from you.\nAs a Digital & CRM Specialist, you will support the Consumer Experience Department in the execution of digital initiatives, with a particular focus on CRM activities that contribute to business growth and consumer engagement.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nFollow the day-to-day execution of CRM activities across our brands, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, content creation, and marketing automation.\nContribute to the planning and coordination of CRM and digital campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.\nCoordination of careline activities to ensure accurate CRM processes and compliance with business guidelines.\nSupport the review and coordination of copy and visual content across some of our online channels (EA websites), managing the briefing with our agencies. \nAssist with the monitoring of budgets related to managed activities and projects.\nCoordinate with technical development agencies and internal collaborators to support project delivery, concentrating especially on Database related initiatives. \nHelp track project timelines and ensure key deliverables are completed according to plan.\nMonitor CRM performance metrics and support the preparation of insights and recommendations.\nFinding and coordinating alignments with other teams to identify successful strategies \nThe role is also designed to feed the talent pipeline within BAT & the Marketing functions.\nWhat are we looking for?\nUniversity degree, ideally Master\n2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles, ideally within an FMCG company.\nPrevious experience handling day-to-day CRM activities.
