You will also have the opportunity to take charge of key projects, delivering comprehensive solutions in elevating the experience of our employees throughout their life-cycle's processes as well as supporting the implementation of the strategic people agenda.\nReports to: HR Business Partner \nReporting Level: Individual Contributor \nGeographic Scope: Subang Jaya, Selangor \nSeniority Level: Apprenticeship/Internship \nFunction: Business Partner Support, Human Resources \nLocation: Bandar Sunway, Selangor\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nSupport HRBPs in day-to-day HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, policy reviews, benefits administration, and HR customer service for internal collaborators. \nSupervise and support the end-to-end employee recognition experience, ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures and the execution of the company’s employee cyclical plans.\nGenerate, compile, and analyze standard HR reports to support HRBPs across key people agenda pillars and decision-making activities.\nCoordinate the logistics and execution of internal company events, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications to effectively deliver company programs.\nBuild engaging social media content to strengthen employer branding while driving process simplification initiatives and supporting ad hoc HR projects and team requirements.\nWhat are we looking for?\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. Willing to learn attitude.
