During the transition period, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery, while also helping us prepare for the future payroll model.\nAs the model evolves towards payroll outsourcing, the role will gradually shift from hands-on end-to-end payroll processing towards payroll coordination, governance, compliance, controls and employee suppor t, combined with broader HR administration and continuous improvement activities.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants to use their strong payroll expertise while developing a broader HR profile and actively contributing to the design of our future ways of working.\nCompliance will be the number one priority in everything you deliver. You will be expected to work with a strong control mindset, ensuring that payroll and HR processes are accurate, documented and performed in accordance with applicable legislation, collective agreements, internal policies and company standards.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nEnsure accurate, compliant and timely end-to-end payroll delivery for both white-collar and blue-collar employees during the transition to the future Payroll Operating Model. \nMaintain strong payroll controls, reconciliations and data-quality checks, ensuring compliance with Swedish legislation, collective agreements, internal policies and company standards. \nCoordinate payroll-related activities including pensions, benefits and employee payroll support, ensuring accurate and timely handling. \nSupport the transition to the future outsourced payroll model, including process documentation, testing, data validation, handovers and the development of effective payroll coordination and governance.\nProvide high-quality HR administration and employee lifecycle support, while contributing to continuous improvement, standardization and simplification of HR and payroll processes. \nComply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures. \nWhat are we looking for?\nAt least five years of hands-on experience working independently with Swedish payroll, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, controls and statutory requirements. \nA strong compliance and control mindset. You are structured, thorough and understand that accuracy, confidentiality and adherence to requirements always come first. \nGood knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation and collective agreements, ideally with experience of both white-collar and blue-collar payroll. \nExperience with payroll and HR systems.
