Tomorrow can’t wait, let’s shape it together!\nRoles & Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement end-to-end category strategies for Marketing, Sales, IT, FM, Professional Services, and Temporary Staff to ensure cost-effective and compliant sourcing.\nLead the full \"Source-to-Contract\" process, including RFP/RFQ, vendor selection, and complex contract negotiations encompassing price, SLA, and payment terms.\nAnalyze spend data and market trends to manage an annual portfolio of £49.7m and identify opportunities for cost reduction, standardization, and demand management.\nIdentify emerging supplier capabilities and evaluate innovative solutions to drive value creation, transparency, and corporate sustainability goals.\nStreamline the active supplier base (currently 277 suppliers) by consolidating spend and reducing complexity while maintaining business continuity.\nManage supplier performance through KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to ensure service levels meet business expectations and contractual obligations.\nEnsure all sourcing activities adhere to internal controls, governance policies, and ethical standards to uphold audit requirements.\nOversee the entire contract lifecycle and proactively mitigate supplier and contractual risks in a regulated or global business environment.\nAct as a strategic partner to internal functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, HR, IT, Facilities, Finance) to ensure early procurement involvement and align sourcing priorities.\nSupport above-market, Regional, and Global procurement activities, contributing to multi-functional teams to deliver substantial business process change.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant business discipline.\nAt least 3 years of professional experience in Indirect Procurement or Category-based strategic sourcing (Transactional 'Buying' or simple PO processing experience will not be considered).\nProven track record in managing multiple indirect categories, delivering cost savings (TCO reduction), and leading supplier consolidation initiatives.\nFluent in both Korean and English, with the capability to solely conduct complex contract reviews, commercial negotiations, and dispute resolutions with global/local vendors without translation support.\nStrong commercial acumen and understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), pricing levers, and negotiation techniques.\nDeep knowledge of the South Korean local supply market and relevant trade practices.\nPreferences\nExperience working in multinational corporations (MNC) or matrix organizations with exposure to global procurement standards.\nProficiency in procurement systems and contract management tools (e.g., SAP, iCertis, Coupa).\nStrong data-driven decision-making, spend analysis, and problem-solving skills in environments with differing stakeholder objectives.\nFamiliarity with IWS principles, continuous improvement (Kaizen), or implementing ESG/EHS required actions.\nBasic understanding of tobacco excise processes or guidelines on imports & exports.\nWhat we offer you?\nWe offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)\nOur range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives\nYour journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
