Tomorrow can’t wait, let’s shape it together!\nPakistan Tobacco Company has an exciting opportunity for a Junior HRBP (IR & Ops) in Jhelum, Pakistan\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nLead Talent Management processes, including performance management, succession planning, learning & development, workforce planning, and employee relations.\nRoll out and coordinate employee engagement and organizational health surveys at the factory, ensuring timely execution and follow-up on action plans.\nPartner with business leaders to implement HR strategies and build organizational capability.\nAssist the Industrial Relations Manager in implementing the IR strategy, ensuring labour law compliance, supporting grievance resolution, and maintaining positive employee relations.\nMaintain accurate employee records in SuccessFactors, ensure timely updates to employee data and organizational structures, and generate HR reports and analytics as required.\nCoordinate talent reviews, internal transfers, and development initiatives with regional HR teams.\nSupport HR budgeting and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.\nWhat are we looking for?\n2 to 3 years minimum of experience in HRBP space, Talent Management and/or Industrial Relations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\nMinimum of a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.\nProficiency in SuccessFactors or ERP, including HR data management and reporting and expertise in MS Office tools.\nExcellent communication skills with a strong ability in stakeholder management and the capability to independently handle administrative tasks and resolve related issues.\nDemonstrate proactiveness, ownership, and drive, while displaying strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.\nUnderstanding of Local Labour Laws is a plus.\nMobile candidate, willing to relocate to Jhelum \nWhat we offer you?\nWe offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)\nOur range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives\nYour journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
