You'll be at the centre of our month-end and budget cycles. You'll make sure our books are accurate, our numbers are explained, and our stakeholders have the insight they need to make decisions. If you like owning results, challenging the way things are done and working in a fast-moving FMCG environment, this role is for you. What you'll do Act as the trusted finance business partner to Production, QA, Logistics and other plant functions. Turn the monthly P&L into a clear narrative of drivers, actuals versus forecast, and recommended actions for plant leadership. Analyse manufacturing cost every month, explain what moves it, and challenge where performance can improve. Take an active role in cost-saving workshops, helping to turn ideas into quantified, tracked
