Tomorrow can’t wait, let’s shape it together!\nBritish American Tobacco Nigeria has an exciting opportunity for anOperations & Supply Chain Security Executive in Ibadan\nCoordinate and implement actions on a range of security issues bordering on factory security, primary and secondary supply chain security, port operations, import and export logistics, warehouse operations, people and high value asset protection. The responsibilities and accountabilities of this role must be achieved through supporting the Operations Security manager to provide cost-effective risk management within operations, by detecting security threats, gathering and evaluating information, designing and implementing approved risk mitigation solutions.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nManagement of all security service providers across factory operations. Provide reports to the Operations Security manager on the performance of the security service providers and inform about any observed anomalies.\nReview and update security SOPs. Ensure security personnel are tasked, developed/trained to implement the SOPS in compliance with the Group SRM model and security best approaches.\nMaintain security systems and procedures and continuously recommend improvements in line with the agile transformation model. Support the Area Investigations Manager to conduct mandated assessments and investigations where there is an identified breach of the company Standards of Business Conduct.\nExtend security support to the commercial field force within the area as required.\nLaw enforcement liaison and networking with other professional security establishments to deliver seamless security support.\nCollaborate with the Supply Chain team, having oversight of the end-to-end supply chain and distribution process. Regularly assess the mapped routes and recommend alternative safe and cost-effective routes and sustainable security solutions to the export logistics process. \nConduct regular audits of physical security processes to identify vulnerabilities.
