Tomorrow can’t wait, let’s make it happen together!\nBritish American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for anPlanning Intern in Punto Valle, Monterrey.\nWhat are the key objectives and expectations from this role?\nSupport financial planning processes, reporting activities, and the review and monitoring of expenditure execution.\nRESPONSABILITIES\nAnalyze actual financial results against forecasts. \nReview forecast accuracy and identify variances between reporting periods. \nMonitor budgets and coordinate with budget owners. \nMaintain and create financial master data. \nSupport accounting-related processes. \nPrepare financial reports and presentations to support business decision-making. \nAssist with financial projects within the Planning area. \nPropose and support initiatives to improve analytical tools and results evaluation processes. \nCollaborate with Finance, Accounting, HR, Facilities, Operations Finance, CORA, and GBS stakeholders as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with SAP ECC, EPM, and Power BI.\nKnowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance. \nExperience working with databases. \nEducation / Qualifications / Certifications Required\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. \nAvailability to work 30 hours per week with a schedule that can be adapted to academic commitments. \nIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. \nAdvanced level of English. \nStrong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.\nWHAT WE OFFER YOU\nOur range of benefits varies by country and includes a variety of healthcare plans, work-life balance initiatives, transportation support, and flexible vacation days with additional incentives.\nYour career growth with us has no limits; it is driven by your aspirations.
