The role combines day-to-day cloud operations with reliability engineering, automation, observability, cloud security, networking and continuous improvement. This is not a purely operational support role. The engineer will work with application, security, architecture and service teams to resolve production issues, improve platform health and turn repeatable operational work into well-engineered, automated solutions.
