Reviews and analyzes test results, identifies non-conformances, and communicates quality concerns to Quality and Manufacturing teams.\nThe role may also support laboratory testing, production quality inspections, product trials, innovation projects, consumer complaint investigations, and other quality-related activities, depending on the assigned area. It requires strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nPerform quality inspections and audits to ensure products and materials meet established specifications and standards. \nConduct sampling, testing, and equipment verification activities to maintain product quality and compliance. \nReview and analyze test results to identify quality issues and non-conformances. \nDocument inspection findings, test results, and quality-related activities accurately. \nCommunicate quality concerns and deviations to Quality and Manufacturing teams. \nSupport laboratory testing, product qualification trials, and innovation projects as required. \nParticipate in consumer complaint investigations and root cause analysis activities. \nEnsure compliance with manufacturing procedures, operating standards, and regulatory requirements.\nWhat are we looking for?\nHigh School Diploma/GED and nice to have experience in manufacturing, production, quality control, laboratory testing, or a related operational environment.\nExperience following detailed procedures, specifications, testing methods, sampling plans, and work instructions with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.\nKnowledge of quality inspection, sampling, testing processes, documentation, and recordkeeping, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.\nStrong attention to detail when inspecting products, performing tests, recording data, and identifying quality issues or deviations.\nProficiency with computers and data entry systems, including the ability to accurately maintain records and retrieve information.\nAbility to evaluate test and inspection results, identify quality or process concerns, and appropriately document and escalate issues.\nStrong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and accountability skills, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nAbility to meet the physical and environmental demands of a manufacturing setting, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., working around industrial equipment, and following PPE and safety requirements.\nWE ARE REYNOLDS AMERICAN-A member of the BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO GROUP\nAt Reynolds American, we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
