Tomorrow can’t wait, let’s shape it together!\nBritish American Tobacco Spainhas an exciting opportunity for a Retail Activation Internship in Madrid.\nThis role is part of the Marketing /Trade Marketing team, and this experience will prepare you to work within a dynamic team and to develop practical skills in an excellent working and multinational environment. In this role you will be responsible for performing market and portfolio analysis, identifying untapping consumer opportunities amongst other tasks.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nPerforming market and portfolio analysis. \nIdentify respective issues / untapped consumer opportunities and support the development of responsive actions based on market data & consumer insight.\nSupport the implementation of the marketing plan to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.\nMonitor, analysis and report on competitor’s activities.\nSupport new product initiatives to be launched on the market across digital channels.\nAssist in the deployment of the brands’ brand plan through different campaigns, touchpoints & engagement mechanics online.\nSupport the creative development process through continuous communication with internal teams and external agencies.\nWhat are we looking for?\nUniversity Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Economics or related fields.\nMaster’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, MBA or similar would be a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools as Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI. \nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.\nStrong interest in retail, consumer experience, category management and visibility execution.\nExperience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.\nPrevious internship experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales or Retail is desirable.\nWhat we offer you?\nWe offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)\nOur range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives \nYour journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
