Tomorrow can’t wait, let’s shape it together!\nBritish American TobaccoIndonesia has an exciting opportunity for an SME - Electrician in Malang\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nPromote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with BAT EHS requirements, electrical standards, LOTO procedures, and safe working practices.\nIdentify and eliminate electrical-related risks through hazard reporting and corrective actions.\nComplete preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational performance.\nTroubleshoot Electrical and issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.\nAnalyze recurring equipment failures and chronic losses to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.\nSupport the development and implementation of maintenance plans, standards, and troubleshooting procedures.\nWhat we are looking for:\nDiploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician, Shift Electrician, or a similar maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, automation systems, VFDs, and industrial communication networks.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.\nProven experience troubleshooting complex electrical and automation failures independently.\nGood understanding of reliability improvement methodologies, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive maintenance practices.\nExperience with IWS methodologies, maintenance excellence programs, or manufacturing improvement initiatives is an advantage.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to document maintenance activities, standards, and technical reports effectively.\nWhat we offer you?\nWe offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)\nOur range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives\nYour journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
