Tomorrow can’t wait, let’s shape it together!\nBritish American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Business Analyst in Monterrey.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nPartner with customers, business stakeholders, and SMEs to gather, validate, document, and prioritize Digital Tools and Data & Analytics business requirements.\nTranslate business needs into actionable deliverables by collaborating with technical teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and value-driven outcomes. \nSupport Strategic Project IT Delivery Leads in roadmap planning, project execution, reporting, and successful delivery across all project phases.\nManage service performance and governance by conducting regular reviews with business stakeholders and service providers, covering SLAs, capacity planning, release management, patching, audits, and continuous improvement actions. \nCoordinate incident resolution, troubleshooting efforts, and operational activities to maintain system performance, stability, and business continuity. \nEnsure change requests are properly assessed for business impact and service-level implications while supporting continuous service improvement initiatives\nManage the successful end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics deployments, balancing priorities, managing risks, communicating progress, and escalating issues when necessary. \nLeverage data, adoption metrics, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement, prioritize future enhancements, and identify root causes of adoption or compliance challenges. \nWhat are we looking for?\nUniversity degree, with 5+ years of work experience related to the management of complex IT Services environment\nBusiness-facing IT experience or engagement in IT projects in a global and dynamic environment and experience with data analytics tools\nExperience in large global organizations using in-sourced and out-sourced IT services and a wide working knowledge of global applications services management. \nBreadth of knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) best practices, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Fulfilment.\nGood communication skills: oral, written, presentation, facilitation and Relationship management and conflict resolution skills \nCredibility and trust; ideally has earned the respect of IT managers and other business managers at all levels \nAbility to work under pressure, handle stressful situations in a calm manner \nThe ability to bring together and work with a team of people with varied backgrounds - business analysts, technical experts, process owners - to articulate and remedy service level issues \nInnovative thinking with service quality, and its improvement, within limits of costs and business direction\nWhat we offer you?\nWe offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)\nOur range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives \nYour journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
