Tomorrow can’t wait, let’s shape it together!\nBritish American Tobacco POLAND has an exciting opportunity for a SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGERin WARSAW\nThe Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end secondary supply chain strategy for Poland, ensuring the efficient flow of finished goods from warehouses to customers across all product categories.\nThe role delivers the required customer service levels while optimising inventory, logistics costs and working capital. It leads local warehousing, transportation and third-party logistics operations, drives continuous improvement, and ensures that all secondary supply chain activities comply with BAT governance, quality, security and EHS requirements.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nDevelop and implement the Secondary Supply Chain strategy for Poland, aligned with commercial and operational priorities.\nEnsure efficient warehousing, transportation and distribution across all product categories.\nOptimise inventory, product availability, service levels, logistics costs and working capital.\nManage third-party logistics providers, contracts, SLAs, KPIs and improvement plans.\nOwn the Secondary Supply Chain budget, forecasting and delivery of productivity savings.\nLead continuous improvement, network optimisation and transformation projects.\nEnsure compliance with BAT governance, internal controls, EHS, security, quality and local regulations.\nLead the Secondary Supply Chain team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational continuity and strong business performance.\nWhat are we looking for?\nDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.\nRelevant experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in an international FMCG environment.\nKnowledge of warehousing, transportation, inventory and 3PL management.\nStrong analytical, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.\nExperience in budget management, continuous improvement and project delivery.\nStrong people leadership and ability to work in a matrix organisation.\nFluent Polish and English; good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.\nWhat we offer you?\nWe offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)\nOur range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives\nYour journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
