Shortlisted candidates will need to complete a self-declaration of whether they have a criminal record, spent or unspent including convictions and/or cautions.\n\nIf you have the relevant skills for this role, please complete the application form, making sure you detail how your qualifications, skills and experience meet the requirements of the role described in the Person Specification.\n\nThe job posting can close as soon as sufficient applications have been received.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of the Examinations Office.\nPrepare, check, and input examination information into the College Management Information System. \nRegister students, make exam entries and claim achievements for a wide range of awarding bodies. \nSchedule, prepare and oversee examinations. \nOrganise onward dispatch of scripts and attendance sheets as directed by the awarding bodies. \nAssist in the development and maintenance of internal examination procedures and processes.\nParticipate in invigilation of exams and on-line assessments as required adhering to JCQ regulations as all times.\nAssist in the digital upload of exams process.\nParticipate in the provision of data in response to queries, in person and on the telephone, whilst adhering at all times to the Data Protection Act.\n Please see attached for the full Job Description\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n3 GCSEs (Grade C or above) inc.
