The brand belongs to Bath Concepts Industries, founded by Scott Rosenbach in 1999, which supplies the high-tech polymer wall and base systems behind the products and backs installations by trained local dealers across dozens of US states. Its dealers hire in-home sales consultants, outside sales representatives, home show and call center representatives, service technicians and warehouse associates.
