With strong event planning and coordination skills, you'll manage events from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring every detail is carefully executed and every event runs smoothly.\nYou'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.\nAbout the Role\nYou’ll be the first point of contact for clients, converting enquiries into bookings and ensuring every detail is perfectly planned and executed. From coordinating venues, catering, and accommodation to managing casual staff and liaising with internal departments, you’ll oversee events from start to finish.\nYou’ll also support marketing efforts, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, all while keeping the customer experience front and centre.\nAbout You\nYou’ll be a highly organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys managing multiple priorities and delivering exceptional experiences. With excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll be confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, from students and academic colleagues to commercial clients and external suppliers.\nYou’ll have experience coordinating events, projects or operational activities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Comfortable taking ownership of your workload, you’ll be proactive in identifying solutions, anticipating challenges and ensuring that every event is delivered to a high standard.\nYou’ll be a collaborative team player with strong administrative and organisational skills, capable of managing complex logistics, budgets and competing deadlines.
