In order to fulfill these functions, the postholder is required to establish, develop and maintain strong working relationships with academics and professional services staff.\nThe Schools Operations Administrator plays a pivotal role within the Schools Operations team, working alongside the Schools Operations Manager to ensure services are effective and efficient and compliant with University policies and regulations.\nAbout You\nEducated to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent\nProven experience in an office environment\nProven experience of providing professional support to senior staff\nProven experience of establishing and maintaining effective systems and procedures\nProven experience of managing a cohesive and effective team\nExperience of managing digital databases and online media\nA working knowledge of administration within the HE sector\n For a full list of criteria please see the attached job description.\nAdditional Information\nSalary Grade 5 - £30,180 per annum\nThis is a Full Time Fixed Term Contract until January 2028 covering Maternity Leave\nSpecial conditions:\nPlease note that, from time to time, some evening and weekend working may be required for this role.
