This role serves as an important link between practitioners (Massage Therapists & Scrub Technicians) and guests, ensuring therapy rooms are clean, welcoming, and fully stocked. The Therapies Attendant is responsible for maintaining linens, oils, and lotions, turning rooms over efficiently between services, and helping uphold Bathhouse’s standards of care and presentation.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPrepare therapy rooms before each service to ensure a clean, calm, and welcoming environment.\nTurn rooms over efficiently between clients, including sanitizing high-touch areas and replacing linens.\nStock and organize oils, lotions, tools, and other supplies as needed throughout the day.\nGreet guests warmly and help direct them to the appropriate therapist or waiting area when needed.\nHelp communicate timing updates between practitioners, guests, and the front desk.\nMaintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies, including squeegeeing the floor around the amenity space.\nAssist with laundry drop-off and pickup for therapy rooms as needed.\nReport maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.\nSupport opening and closing duties for therapy areas.\nUphold Bathhouse brand standards, supporting a peaceful and professional guest experience.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrior experience in customer service; experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or luxury environments strongly preferred.\nComfortable performing cleaning duties in guest-facing spaces.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.\nReliable, punctual, and professional;
