The Account Coordinator plays an important role in supporting Account Managers and customers by providing accurate, responsive assistance throughout the order and fulfillment process.\nThis position serves as a key point of coordination among Account Managers, customers, and internal teams. The Account Coordinator helps process orders, manage backorders, resolve shipping and warranty-related issues, and ensure customers receive timely and accurate information. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer support.\nThis position is hybrid, requiring regular onsite presence with the option for remote work.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccount and Customer Support\nProvide responsive support for customer questions, requests, and order-related needs\nSupport Account Managers with day-to-day customer and account activity\nCommunicate order updates, backorder information, shipping details, and other relevant information clearly and professionally\nWork with internal teams to resolve customer issues and keep orders moving\nMaintain a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism in all customer interactions\nOrder and Backorder Management\nProcess and manage small-to-medium customer orders from DPL through ACU\nReview order information for accuracy, including products, quantities, pricing, and delivery details\nMonitor backorders by customer and item, providing updates and coordinating next steps\nProactively identify order delays, discrepancies, or other issues requiring follow-up\nCoordinate with Account Managers, Operations, Production, and Shipping to support timely order fulfillment\nWarranty, Shipping, and Claims Support\nTrack warranty parts and provide updates regarding availability and shipment status\nCoordinate the resolution of products damaged during shipping\nManage shipping claims and maintain the related documentation\nTrack open claims, returns, and other customer issues through resolution\nFollow up with customers and internal teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly\nReporting and Administrative Support\nMaintain accurate customer, order, backorder, return, and claim information in internal systems\nPrepare and maintain reports related to backorders, returns, and claims\nAssist Account Managers with administrative tasks and account documentation as needed\nProvide defined backup coverage to help maintain consistent support for customers and Account Managers\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nCustomer-service mindset with the ability to respond calmly and professionally\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to manage multiple orders, customer requests, and follow-up items simultaneously\nAbility to work cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Operations, Production, Shipping, and Finance\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word\nDependable follow-through and the ability to provide consistent backup coverage\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in account coordination, sales support, order entry, customer service, or a related position\nExperience managing customer orders, backorders, returns, warranty parts, or shipping claims\nExperience working with ERP or CRM systems\nExperience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment\nBenefits\nBathing Brands offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our teammates’ health, financial wellbeing, and work-life balance, including:\nCompany-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance\nCompany-paid life insurance, with voluntary disability and supplemental coverage options\n401(k) retirement plan with company match\nPaid Time Off and paid company holidays\nCommunity Day for volunteer service\nEmployee referral program\nFull benefit eligibility and details are shared during the offer process\nWe’re not just building bathing products.
