Description:\n Lead, prioritize, and develop the Product Catalog team while remaining involved in complex and high-impact catalog work\n Own the day-to-day health, accuracy, structure, governance, and continuous improvement of the multi-brand product catalog\n Own SKU creation and standardization across manufacturer/distributed brands and Bathing Brands Exclusive brands\n Establish scalable standards for SKU structures, variants, kits, parent/child products, accessories, replacements, configurable products, and other complex product relationships\n Manage manufacturer-driven product introductions, discontinuations, replacements, pricing and MAP changes, specification updates, digital assets, and other catalog changes through implementation\n Ensure product and pricing changes are accurately reflected across ERP, eCommerce websites, IDMs, and other applicable systems and channels\n Own standards for product attributes, specifications, classifications, naming conventions, relationships, and data quality\n Improve product taxonomy, categories, subcategories, filters, facets, and catalog architecture\n Organize products around how customers understand and shop for them\n Identify systemic catalog problems and drive root-cause solutions\n Improve product discoverability, comparison, compatibility, cross-sell, upsell, replacement, and related-product relationships\n Establish repeatable workflows, QA processes, documentation, and controls\n Partner with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other teams to complete catalog initiatives\n Use customer, search, sales, and support information to identify future Product Catalog improvements\n Own the ongoing Product Catalog function and team within Bathing Brands' eCommerce Systems organization\nRequirements:\n Candidates must reside in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Arizona, or Florida\n Experience leading Product Catalog, Product Information Management (PIM), eCommerce catalog operations, product data, or a closely related function\n Experience leading people and setting clear priorities, standards, ownership, and accountability\n Strong understanding of SKU governance, taxonomy, product attributes, classifications, product relationships, and data quality\n Experience working with large or complex product catalogs and large-scale product imports or updates\n Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets\n Experience with ERP and/or PIM systems and understanding of how product information moves between connected systems\n Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\n Ability to understand technical or specification-heavy products and ask the right questions when information is incomplete\n Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution\n Demonstrated history of improving processes\n Comfort constructively challenging inefficient processes, proposing solutions, and driving work through completion\n Experience in multi-brand or multi-site eCommerce environments, manufacturing, distribution, home improvement, industrial, or technically complex product categories would be valuable\n Experience managing manufacturer product-line launches, annual pricing changes, or MAP updates would be valuable\n Experience with configurable products, kits, variants, accessories, and compatibility relationships would be valuable\n Experience with Drupal Commerce or another enterprise eCommerce/CMS platform would be valuable\n Experience with Acumatica or another
