That is where you come in.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team in Warsaw (hybrid/remote) and help manage, design, and scale the AWS-based infrastructure supporting Batmaid and PFA. You will build automations and tooling that make our engineering teams more effective, drive improvements across our CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability, security, and performance across all environments.\nAI-assisted development is simply part of how we work. We are pragmatic about it: we reach for these tools where they genuinely add value, and we keep human judgement firmly in charge.\nWhat you will do\nMaintain and manage our AWS-based infrastructure.\nDesign, maintain, and extend robust CI/CD pipelines.\nBuild automations and tooling that make engineering teams more productive.\nMonitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of our environments.\nDrive continuous improvements across our cloud security posture, deployment processes, and system scalability.\nRequirements\nWhat we are looking for\n4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.\nCommercial experience with Kubernetes, ideally EKS.\nSolid experience with AWS (or another major cloud provider with a strong willingness to master AWS).\nProven track record with CI/CD automation, specifically GitHub Actions or similar tools.\nObservability expertise, working with the ELK Stack or similar tracing and logging solutions.\nCloud security and compliance mindset, with a strong focus on secure architecture.\nCode & script literacy: ability to read, understand, and debug existing application code and configurations.\nProblem-solving drive: ability to break down complex technical issues and deliver simple, clean, and maintainable solutions.\nNice to have\nPrevious commercial experience as a Software Developer.\nFamiliarity with TeamCity, Helm, and/or Terragrunt.\nFamiliarity with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Prometheus.\nExperience with message queues (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS).\nExperience with Fastlane for mobile app (iOS/Android) automation.\nBasic working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.\nHow you work\nYou communicate clearly: able to advise both technical and non-technical team members with ease.\nYou lead by influence and example, helping to level up the engineers around you.\nYou are adaptable and curious: quick to pick up new tools, paradigms, and emerging technologies.\nYou take ownership: dedicated to solving root causes and upholding high standards of quality and reliability.\nFluent English (B2 or higher), as it is our primary working language.\nBenefits\nRoom to grow, professionally and personally.
