This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring workforce needs are met through effective sourcing, recruitment, employer branding, and talent pipeline development.\nThe Talent Acquisition Manager drives continuous improvement in recruiting processes, promotes an exceptional candidate experience, and ensures compliance with employment laws and diversity hiring initiatives. This position plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth by identifying and securing top talent that aligns with the company's culture, values, and business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified of qualified candidates.\nContinuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.\nStay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.\nUtilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.\nDevelop relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment\nProvide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processes.\nTrack and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.\nProvide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes.\nUse data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.\nPromote the company’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.\nDevelop and execute employer branding initiatives, including participation in job fairs, career events, and online campaigns.\nEnsure the company’s career page and job postings effectively communicate the company culture and opportunities.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.\nPromote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices and strive to build a diverse workforce.\nImplement initiatives to reduce bias and increase fairness in the recruitment process.\nEducation and Personal Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\nPrior experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR Bamboo software is desirable.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\nBatory Foods in an equal opportunity employer which considers all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status or any other characteristic protected by law.
