The portfolio focuses on rapidly maturing and validating advanced technologies across complex hardware software systems-spanning early concept refinement and capture through system integration, advanced test and evaluation, and transition to operational use-bringing together systems engineers, test and evaluation experts, digital engineering teams, and domain specialists to deliver assured, mission relevant capabilities in technically demanding environments.\nThe Deputy Program Manager, Advanced Technology Testing & Integration, will drive our proposal efforts, support various strategic initiatives within the portfolio, and participate in strategic planning to grow into larger markets.\nResponsibilities\nLead and manage proposal development, ensuring strategic alignment with the division, business line and unit objectives as well as compliance and quality.\nLeverage understanding across hardware, software, systems, R&D, and manufacturing to meet customer and corporate requirements and strategic initiatives.\nOrganize and facilitate proposal workshops, gate reviews, and color team reviews.\nCollect and curate old proposals and other relevant materials from Technical PMs to build a comprehensive repository of source material for future use.\nMaintain CRM hygiene.\nProvide updates on current proposal efforts on a reoccurring basis across business line.\nOwn the proposal process for the Advanced Technology Testing & Integration portfolio, develop new proposal templates, documents, and training as the process evolves.\nDevelop and refresh cyber marketing materials, including videos, pamphlets, graphics, and posters for use internally and externally.\nServe as the focal point for generative AI in the proposal process and find new, novel ways to integrate AI initiatives into the Cyber proposals.\nCollaborate across internal organizations with multi-disciplined engineering teams to develop winning proposals.\nInterface with team leads and senior government personnel.\nUnderstand customer needs, identify and build critical relationships, and prospect for new and unpublished opportunities.\nSupport the National Security business unit and AMS business line planning processes.\nKey Qualifications\nYou know how to motivate staff and teammates, are driven, and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves. You meet the following minimum requirements:\nBachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study with (8-10) years overall experience with considerations for advanced degrees.\n(5-7) years of project/program management experience, including experience with government contracts.\nProven winning experience with proposal management and leading proposals within the cyber domain\nDemonstrated ability to communicate to executive level management, teaming partners, and customers\nFamiliarity with CRM systems (preferred Microsoft Dynamics) and proposal tools, including AI for proposals.\nWillingness to travel to regional office sites, conferences, and partner locations across the United States\nUS Citizenship with a Top Secret clearance, SCI eligible preferred. \nPreferred Qualifications\nGraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, Physical Sciences, Business, Analytics or equivalent\nExperience supporting government laboratories\nShipley Certification\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\nExperience within a large PMO\nBenefits: Live an Extraordinary Life\nWe care about your well-being, not just on the job.
