We strive to always redefine the standard of excellence in all that we do.\nWant to join our team as a Demand Planner?\nThe Demand Planner is responsible for maintaining an informed demand plan aligned to the company’s fiscal objectives. The role will lead cross-functional discussions with the commercial and sales teams, utilizing historical data analysis along with business intelligence to provide updated plans for their assigned categories. As part of the Supply Chain group, the Demand Planner will work alongside Supply and Sourcing counterparts, providing insight for near and long-term forecasts to inform production planning at respective factories.\nEssential Job Functions & Responsibilities:\nMaintain direct responsibility for Demand planning functions for a specific category.\nActively manage demand plan at material/SKU/DC level.\nManage the demand plan to assure proper inventory levels of products to support the business and satisfy customer demand.\nEnsure the critical analysis of inventory levels to support company goals and provide creative solutions to inventory issues.\nCorrespond with sales and category leaders to determine business decisions, line planning, timing, and new product introductions.\nCollaborate with sales operations on market and consumer trends, POS/market inventory data, statistical projections, and historical analysis.\nWork directly with Sourcing to assist in managing inventory flow that supports production plans for each category.\nFacilitate and lead cross-functional alignment to create an optimal Inventory & OTB Strategy aimed to support our Operational Forecast and help hedge against volatility.\nCommunicate, troubleshoot, and resolve any constraints which may impact service levels (demand, inputs & capacity).\nLeverage design and functionality of planning systems (Anaplan, SAP, BW & BPC) to keep up-to-date critical inputs enabling the supply-chain to function successfully.\nCollaborate with peers to develop proposals and provide recommendations for a better supply chain and business.\nQualifications:\nBS or BA in Supply Chain, Business, or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Business/Financial Planning or Sales Forecasting/Demand Planning.\nBasic understanding of P&L and financial acumen.\nStrong analytical skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization.\nFamiliarity with reading and following market trends.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).\nHighly organized, diligent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nAdjusts quickly to changing priorities and business needs.\nInterested yet?
