We are looking for someone who is not only able to define strategies and policies, but who is also willing to actively drive initiatives, coordinate implementations, and support the successful execution of projects across the organization.\nResponsibilities\nInformation Security\nDevelop, maintain and continuously improve the BAUMANN Group Information Security Management System (ISMS)\nDefine and maintain information security policies, standards and guidelines\nProject manager for the TISAX rollout\nDrive compliance with TISAX, customer security requirements and internal security standards\nConduct risk assessments and coordinate mitigation measures\nLead information security awareness and training activities\nCoordinate and support internal and external information security audits\nManage security incidents and coordinate investigations and corrective actions\nCollaborate with Data Protection, external SOC providers and relevant stakeholders\nPrepare regular security status reports and management dashboards for executive management\nMonitor cybersecurity trends, threats and regulatory requirements\nIT Project Management\nPlan, lead and deliver international IT projects in the areas of:\n - Cyber Security\n - AI\n - Infrastructure\n - Cloud Services\n - Microsoft 365\nDefine project scope, schedules, budgets and resource plans\nCoordinate internal teams and external service providers\nManage project risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication\nEnsure successful implementation and user adoption of new technologies\nSupport IT strategy initiatives and digital transformation programs\nDevelop business cases and project proposals for management approval\nEnsure project documentation and governance standards are maintained\nRequirements\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field\nSeveral years of professional experience in information security, IT infrastructure or cloud environments\nExperience managing medium to large IT projects in international organizations\nGood understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, TISAX or similar)\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and modern infrastructure technologies\nExperience working with external service providers and managed security services\nStrong hands-on mentality with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution\nPragmatic and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value\nComfortable working in a lean international IT organization where flexibility and personal initiative are essential\nAbility to take ownership and drive topics independently from concept through implementation\nTeam player with a collaborative working style and a willingness to actively contribute beyond traditional role boundaries\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences\nFluent English (written and spoken)\nWillingness to travel occasionally\nNice to Have\nSecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor\nProject Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications\nExperience in manufacturing environments\nExperience with TISAX and automotive industry requirements\nExperience with Azure cloud security, Microsoft Defender and Security Operations\nWhat We Offer\nA key role with high visibility within an international manufacturing group\nOpportunity to shape the future of information security across the BAUMANN Group\nParticipation in strategic global IT initiatives\nInternational collaboration\nLong-term development opportunities within a financially stable family-owned company\nWe would like to entrust these varied and interesting tasks to an independent, responsible and team-oriented person.
