Acting as the key interface between Bavarian Nordic and its CMOs, you will drive alignment, transparency, and performance across all manufacturing operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nCMO performance oversight and delivery\nStakeholder management and CMO interface\nGovernance, communication, and ways of working\nQuality oversight, documentation, and compliance (QMS)\nOperational control, KPIs, and financial coordination\nOperational Responsibilities\nAlign communication and governance structures between BN and CMOs\nEnsure implementation of BN changes at CMOs\nSupport and facilitate material and information flow to CMOs\nHandle deviations and change controls in alignment with BN QMS\nReview LRP protocols, allocation plans, and contract amendments\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing, including CMO oversight\nStrong expertise in deviation management, change control, and Quality Management Systems (QMS)\nSolid understanding of regulatory requirements for drug substance and/or drug product manufacturing\nBroad cross-functional knowledge across QA, QC, Supply Chain, MSAT, and Regulatory Affairs\nProven stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment\nWhy Join Us\nJoin a mission-driven global vaccine company at a pivotal stage of growth and evolution.
