This is an entry-level position for someone with a strong technical foundation, practical programming skills, and an interest in solving business problems.\nThis person will work closely with the Supply Chain & Operations Software Manager, who will identify operational needs and establish priorities. The programmer will help turn those needs into working applications, system integrations, reports, and automation.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with the Supply Chain & Operations Software Manager to understand workflows, define requirements, and develop practical technical solutions.\nWrite, test, troubleshoot, and maintain code for internal applications and automation tools.\nSupport projects involving purchasing, inventory tracking, supplier performance, material planning, and production readiness.\nHelp develop AI tools for tasks such as document processing, information retrieval, data analysis, and workflow assistance.\nEvaluate AI-generated results for accuracy and implement appropriate validation and human review.\nBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, database queries, and system integrations.\nAssist with ERP/MRP data cleanup, reporting, and approved system improvements.\nTroubleshoot software issues and provide basic IT support in coordination with internal IT staff or service providers.\nDocument code, configurations, and user instructions;
