This isn’t just about managing numbers - it’s about solving problems, collaborating across finance and non-finance teams worldwide, and strengthening the controls that keep our business future-ready.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPrepare and review manual journals related to intercompany activity, ensuring accuracy and strong supporting documentation.\nComplete assigned intercompany account reconciliations in Blackline within established deadlines.\nEnsure timely reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple entities and regions.\nSupport eliminations during consolidation and provide clear explanations of variances.\nPartner with local country finance teams, responding to queries quickly and effectively.\nProvide audit support and ensure readiness for both internal and external reviews.\nSupport regional and global reporting requirements, including monthly Balance Sheet and P&L flux analysis.\nDrive excellence in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, with a focus on intercompany transactions.\nSafeguard compliance by ensuring processes align with company policies, audit requirements, and local regulations.\nContribute to local, regional, and global projects, bringing expertise and collaboration to cross-functional initiatives.\nChampion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline and elevate intercompany processes.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMinimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.\nProven track record in a multinational environment and/or audit.\nStrong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply it in complex scenarios.\nAnalytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.\nExceptional communication skills - diplomatic, flexible, and a “can-do” mindset.\nFluent in written and spoken English.\nProficiency in reporting tools including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nWhat You’ll Need\nBachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA.\nExperience with JDE, Blackline, Alteryx, and W-Desk is an advantage.\nWillingness to travel internationally as required.\nFlexibility to work additional hours at critical times (e.g., month-end) and, on rare occasions, public holidays.\nWhat You’ll Gain\nGlobal exposure by working across diverse regions and collaborating with international teams.\nVisibility with senior leadership through contributions to high-impact projects and reporting.\nOpportunities to influence and strengthen financial processes, controls, and compliance frameworks.\nHands-on experience with advanced tools and technologies that shape modern finance operations.\nA dynamic environment that values initiative, continuous improvement, and professional growth.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
