Joining Baxter means stepping into a role where your expertise will directly support employees worldwide and help define what great looks like.\nYour Role in the Transformation\nAs an Associate in HR Operations, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR support. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, manage HR transactions in Workday and other HRMS systems, and ensure data accuracy while meeting SLA commitments. This role places you at the frontline of Baxter’s transformation, where your service builds trust, strengthens employee experience, and reinforces operational reliability.\nWhat You’ll Drive and Deliver\nProvide Tier 1 HR support via chat, email, and ticketing systems.\nRespond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and time-off.\nTriage and route complex cases to Tier 2/SME teams.\nMeet SLA targets for response and resolution times.\nDocument all interactions accurately in ServiceNow/ticketing systems.\nSupport employee onboarding queries and new hire orientation.\nEscalate issues appropriately and follow up on open cases.\nProcess Workday transactions (new hires, job changes, terminations, transfers).\nManage employee data updates and corrections in HRMS.\nSupport onboarding and offboarding processes.\nCreate and update employee documentation (letters, contracts, amendments).\nEnsure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies.\nSupport audits, integrity checks, and adherence to SOPs.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExcellent communication skills in English.\nStrong customer service orientation and empathy.\nAbility to handle high call/chat volumes with professionalism.\nBasic understanding of HR policies and processes.\nProficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow).\nHands-on Workday experience (transactions, business processes mandatory).\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nProblem-solving mindset with process orientation.\nBasic Excel skills.\nYour Background\nGraduate/Degree in any discipline.\n6 months-2 years of experience in HR support.\nLean certification (optional).\nFlexibility to work rotational shifts.\nWork Schedule\nThis role operates on rotational shifts across regions.
