Where your purpose accelerates our mission.\nYour Role at Baxter\nThis is where your ideas lead to success!\nAs an Associate Marketing Manager you will lead marketing analytics and new market expansions for the Infusion Therapies & Technologies (ITP) division while serving as the upstream marketing lead for our pharmacy tools portfolio. Baxter’s ITP division is a $6B global business that includes a vast portfolio of products, e.g., IV solutions, clinical nutrition, infusion technologies, specialized patient monitoring, and digital health platforms.\nThis role plays a critical part in shaping ITP’s geographic expansion strategy and ensuring the long-term success through strong analytics and cross-functional project leadership. This individual will have the opportunity to partner closely with global commercial teams across all commercial divisions, finance, R&D, project management, and manufacturing strategy to execute assigned projects. Approximately 60% of the role is focused on market expansion strategy and execution, while 40% is focused on supporting analytics.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nNew Market Expansion Strategy\nPartner with regional marketing, regulatory, and commercial teams to define and prioritize geographies for expansion. \nBuild business cases, incorporating market sizing, financial modeling, barriers to entry, and launch implications. \nDevelop structured expansion frameworks and templates to drive consistency and repeatability across geographical markets. \nAssess regulatory, reimbursement, competitive, and customer environment considerations for new market entry. \nCoordinate with Manufacturing Strategy, plants, and logistics teams for COGS and freight production considerations into market assessments across all regions. \nWork collaboratively with regional teams and support the transition of ownership from product teams to regional commercial stakeholders. \nMarket Analytics & Insight Generation\nDevelop dashboards, tools, and models to monitor category trends across the ITT division including but no limited to utilization patterns, pricing, and competitive movements. \nIntegrate secondary market data, customer insights, and internal performance to build a holistic view of category performance. \nPerform forecasting and scenario analysis to support annual and quarterly planning, strategic planning, portfolio optimization and investment decisions. \nTransform data into executive-ready dashboards and insight summaries that support portfolio and investment decisions for upstream marketing and leadership teams. \nWho You Are\nYou are a highly analytical and detail-oriented marketer who thrives on transforming data into clear insights that drive decision-making. You bring strong proficiency with analytical and project management tools-including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Clarivate, MS Project, and Smartsheet-and you apply them confidently to structure complex problems, develop models, and communicate findings with clarity.\nYou excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, creating organized plans, driving accountability, and proactively mitigating risks. You communicate with precision, simplify complexity for diverse audiences, and bring a calm, solutions-oriented approach to ambiguous situations. You work effectively across global, matrixed teams, influencing and motivating cross-functional partners without formal authority.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, business or science/technology field required; advanced coursework or an MBA is a plus. \n2+ years of professional experience with at least 1 year in MedTech, pharmaceuticals or the healthcare industry. Experience supporting global or regional markets is strongly preferred. \nDemonstrated ability to conduct market sizing, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic and financial decision-making. \nProficiency with analytics tools, forecasting systems, and data visualization platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other relevant technologies. \nProven success managing complex, cross-functional projects with clear timelines, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. \nStrong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence global teams and drive accountability across matrixed environments. \nWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
