We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.\nHere, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.\nVotre rôle :\nVous êtes responsable du développement commercial et du suivi après-vente de la gamme Productivity Systems sur le territoire français, avec un soutien ponctuel auprès d'autres marchés francophones européens.\nVéritable interlocuteur(trice) de référence, vous accompagnez les établissements de santé et centres de préparation dans l'identification de solutions adaptées à leurs enjeux, tout en développant des relations durables avec les clients et les parties prenantes internes.\nVos missions :\nDévelopper les ventes de la gamme Productivity Systems auprès des établissements de santé et centres de préparation.\nAssurer le suivi des clients existants et garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction tout au long du cycle de vie des solutions.\nIdentifier les opportunités de marché et élaborer des plans d'action commerciaux à court et long terme.\nConduire les rendez-vous clients, démonstrations produits et présentations commerciales.\nDévelopper et entretenir un réseau de contacts à tous les niveaux des organisations clientes (utilisateurs, équipes techniques, achats, directions).\nParticiper à des congrès, symposiums, salons professionnels et réunions utilisateurs.\nAssurer le suivi et la mise à jour des opportunités commerciales dans les outils CRM et de reporting.\nCollaborer étroitement avec les équipes support européennes pour garantir la qualité des installations et du service après-vente.\nReprésenter l'entreprise avec professionnalisme et dans le respect des standards éthiques les plus élevés.\nVotre profil :\nFormation supérieure (Bac+3 à Bac+5) en commerce, ingénierie biomédicale, santé ou domaine connexe.\nExpérience réussie dans la vente de solutions, équipements ou dispositifs médicaux auprès des établissements de santé.\nExcellentes compétences en développement commercial, négociation et gestion des relations clients.\nCapacité à évoluer dans un environnement international et matriciel.\nForte autonomie, sens de l'organisation et orientation résultats.\nMaîtrise du français et de l'anglais professionnel.\nDisponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers en France et ponctuellement en Europe.\nCe que nous vous proposons :\nUn poste à forte autonomie au sein d'une activité innovante en pleine évolution.\nL'opportunité de collaborer avec des experts européens et des acteurs majeurs du secteur de la santé.\nUn environnement international stimulant, orienté innovation et amélioration des soins aux patients.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
