Through compelling content, employee programs, executive communications, and engagement initiatives, you will help create an informed, connected, and purpose-driven workforce.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDevelop and execute communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, culture, and alignment with business priorities across multiple manufacturing locations. \nCreate compelling content including articles, videos, presentations, newsletters, digital communications, and storytelling campaigns that inform, inspire, and connect employees to Baxter's mission. \nManage and optimize internal communication channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging delivery of key business updates and organizational messages. \nPartner with leaders, Human Resources, Information Technology, and site stakeholders to enhance communication effectiveness and improve the employee experience. \nLead employee recognition, appreciation, inclusion, and culture-building initiatives that promote belonging, engagement, and collaboration.\nMeasure communication effectiveness using engagement metrics, feedback mechanisms, and reporting tools to continuously improve communication outcomes.\nCoordinate strategic events, executive visits, town halls, employee programs, and community engagement activities that strengthen organizational culture and stakeholder relationships. \nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.\n5+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, employee engagement, or a related communications discipline. \nDemonstrated ability to create high-quality communication content across multiple formats, including written, digital, visual, and presentation materials.\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. \nFluent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal. \nStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting communications within manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments. \nProficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or related graphic design and content creation tools.\nExperience developing employee engagement, recognition, culture, or inclusion initiatives.\nStrong analytical mindset with experience using communication metrics and feedback data to drive improvements. \nAbility to build trusted partnerships and influence stakeholders across diverse teams and geographic locations. \nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
