You will serve as a trusted resource for customer master data, ensuring records are accurate, compliant, and properly integrated to support operational excellence and customer success. By partnering with stakeholders across the organization, you'll help drive data governance initiatives, improve processes, and ensure reliable data is available for informed business decisions.\nWhat you'll be doing\nSteward customer data across the organization, ensuring accuracy, completeness, integrity, and compliance with regulatory and governmental requirements.\nMaintain and support data governance policies, procedures, and standards for customer master data.\nReview, validate, and update customer records to ensure data is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.\nManage customer data hierarchies to ensure records are linked and integrated across systems and applications.\nEstablish and maintain data standards and best practices to drive consistency and quality across the organization.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to resolve data issues and support ongoing data management needs.\nMonitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action to improve data accuracy.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and data integrity.\nSupport the adoption of new systems, processes, and tools related to customer data management.\nWhat you'll bring\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.\n3-5 years of experience in data management, customer master data, data governance, or a related field.\nFunctional knowledge of data concepts, data governance principles, and data quality practices.\nAbility to create and maintain data definitions and understand data flow processes.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nAbility to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and products.\nFlexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a customer-facing role.\nKnowledge of the healthcare industry.\nBilingual or multilingual language skills.\nExperience with CRM platforms and customer data management tools.\nExperience with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions such as Reltio, Syndigo, or Informatica.\nExperience working with third-party data providers such as IQVIA or Dun & Bradstreet.\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP or JD Edwards (JDE).\nExperience maintaining customer master data in a large, complex organization.\n\nWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $56,000 - $77,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
