This may include quotation, work order processing, invoicing, service contract maintenance in system and purchase requisition/purchase order creation.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nResponsible for managing any incoming customer queries\nPrepare quotation for spare parts and service contracts as required to be furnished to customers\nPerform timely service invoicing and document filing for all service activities based on quotation, purchase order and/or service contract\nResponsible for all indirect purchase requisition\nResponsible for purchase order creation\nMaintain and monitor all service agreement in service delivery system and ERP\nResponsible for spare part item creation/extension and purchase order creation to vendor\nCommunicate with supply chain on availability, delivery dates or other important matters related to spare parts delivery\nResponsible for managing system transaction for spare parts including purchase order, sales order, delivery order, goods receipt, and goods movement\nManage inventory write off\nSupport hardware tracking end to end process\nResponsible for any admin support to the TS, supply chain and commercial\nSupport Vaporiser hardware tracking end to end process in JDE\nSupport Finance team manages accounts receivable, following up on outstanding and overdue invoices, reconciling advance payments with correct accounts to ensure correct postings\nResponsible for warranty claims requests from distributors and to process on a timely period of 2-5 working days in receipt of complaint and Trackwise to be completed immediately\nManage logistic on export of repaired goods\nWhat You’ll Bring\nPreferably 2 years’ relevant experience\nCustomer Oriented\nEffective verbal and written English communication ski\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nSome knowledge of service delivery system\nKnowledgeable with ERP system (preferably JDE)\nWilling to work independently with limited guidance\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
