As Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll combine hands-on delivery with the judgement to prioritise issues, solve problems and keep important work moving.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nProvide after-sales customer service, assuring high customer satisfaction.\nAnswer customers’ inquiries (phones support and email to case management) in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.\nFormally document customer complaints / service notifications and interactions, in line with company guidelines.\nCreate service work orders for customer repair requests.\nProcess all requests from customers to supply, remove and service products.\nProvide customer quotations for repairs.\nAdd service contracts to the system and set Preventative Maintenance plans.\nWhat you’ll bring\nExcellent communication skills on different levels.\nAbility to switch quickly between tasks and processes.\nStrong time management / planning skills.\nAbility to identify process improvement opportunities and escalate it to Management.\nRelevant practical experience or education aligned with the role.\nWhat are some of the benefits of working at Baxter?\nThis role gives you the scope of a global healthcare organisation while keeping your contribution close to the work, customers and products it supports.
