In addition to provide technical support and service to responsibilities areas, the incumbent may also perform the following functions: supervising, requisitioning, documenting, validating and trainings.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nPerform process value analysis to prevent waste through the process.\nProvide support to implement and enhance the manufacturing monitoring system in terms of quality and output performance.\nPerform IQ & Software Validations and process changes driven by new ideas or improvement.\nSupport Process & Product Validation’s.\nProvide new ideas to enhance products, improve machines performance and scrap reduction.\nGenerate corrective actions as required to eliminate the root cause of scrap and quality issues.\nProvide technical training to machine operators and technicians.\nDevelop automation projects and provide support during implementations.\nEstablish a customer-supplier relationship with other manufacturing areas.\nSupervise machine operators, technicians, technologists, and group leaders.\nCoordinate with manufacturing areas preventive maintenance activities.\nCoordinate jobs related to Automation Department with Quality, Process & Product and Manufacturing personnel.\nCapital projects coordination & VIP project development.\nInteract and coordinate with contractor’s shutdown activities and projects.\nPerforms routine engineering assignments, which are typically focused on small & medium projects. These tasks will provide experience and familiarization with the engineering staff, methods, techniques, theories, corporate and divisional SOP's policies.\nDocument development work, including writing specifications for manufacturing or scientific test results.\nAbility to solve daily process & machines situations and engineering tasks with some assistance. Able to solve problems with periodic monitoring.\nAssists in the preparation and participation in technical reviews and responsible for organizing data and preparing appropriate documentation for assigned projects.\nPromote a zero-harm workplace, and assure that required EHS resources are available and that all applicable EHS practices and rules are being followed by supervised employees.\nObserve data privacy and confidentiality rules at all time.\nImprove technical group performance through teamwork and personal accountability; ensure we have the right talent and capabilities to achieve our business results.\nSupport to all initiatives to improve Efficiency, Productivity and Reduce\nConversion Loss & Downtime. \nEquipment optimization and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and setup time.\nSupport plant initiatives like: TPM, Tier Meetings, 6’s program, etc.\nAble to submit capital projects justifications for small projects. \nSupport during investigations, corrective & preventive actions implementation to response customers complains.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor Degree Engineering (BSSE BSME) and 0-2 years of experience in Engineering or related field required.\nList knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
