This Software application uses Qt/QML as the user interface technology and C++ as the backend.\nWhat You’ll be Doing:\nDesign and development of medical application and end-end feature development, unit testing, debugging, bug fixing.\nTechnical risk identification and performance optimization on embedded platforms.\nCollaborate with scrum teams and ensure regular program planning and flow it down to PI and Sprint levels.\nInvolve actively in project planning, scope changes and other nonstandard events throughout the life of the project.\nManage stakeholder communication and progress reporting.\nDemonstrate superior knowledge of software development life cycles.\nEnsure that releases meet quality standards and functional requirements.\nWork with fellow team members and provide subject matter expertise to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions during testing cycles as well as during and after the project is deployed in production.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nDegree in Bachelor of Engineering/ Computer Science.\n4+ years in product development in Software with exposure to Technically Leading scrum teams.\nStrong Hands-on knowledge on C++ on embedded systems, Linux OS (Operating System), MVVM design Pattern.\nKnowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile SW (Software) development methodologies.\nKnowledge and application of design patterns.\nExcellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative multinational environment.\nOutstanding communication skills.\nDemonstrated problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
