Together, you will focus on equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and operational excellence. Your team is committed to solving problems, reducing downtime, and delivering high-quality products that help improve patient outcomes worldwide.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nPerform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, changing filters, and replacing worn parts.\nTroubleshoot equipment problems and make repairs to keep production running efficiently.\nInspect equipment regularly to identify issues and take corrective action before problems occur.\nComplete and maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and equipment performance records.\nRepair or replace equipment components and verify that repairs are completed correctly and safely.\nInstall new equipment and ensure it is operating properly before use.\nCalibrate equipment to ensure it performs accurately and meets operational requirements.\nConduct equipment checks to ensure machines are operating safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.\nWork closely with production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts that increase efficiency, reliability, and productivity.\nTrain and assist production employees on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.\nHelp manage spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure needed materials are available.\nFollow all safety, environmental, quality, GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements and company policies.\nReport safety concerns, near misses, accidents, and hazardous conditions promptly.\nRespond to urgent equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance needs as required.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 6S and housekeeping standards.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nAssociate degree, technical trade school training, or military technical training preferred.\nTwo or more years of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.\nExperience working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or electronic equipment.\nAbility to learn and support manufacturing equipment and related processes.\nOSHA certification required or obtainable as required by the position.\nExperience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.\nAdditional technical certifications are a plus.\nSafely lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.\nBend, kneel, squat, climb, and reach to access equipment and perform repairs.\nWork in tight or hard-to-reach spaces when troubleshooting or maintaining equipment.\nPush and pull carts, equipment, and materials as needed.\n3rd shift: 10:45pm-7am\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.\nWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 to $82,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
