Your role includes applying innovative solutions that maintain our leadership in the healthcare industry.\nJob Responsibilities\nDevelopand maintain project schedules for various plant facilities and utilities.\n\nApply the BuildingManagement System (BMS) to trackand report on plant environmental conditions.\n\nGenerate and analyze trend reports from monitoringsystems such as BMS.\n\nImplement improvementprojects passionate about energy conservation, electricity, HVAC, process compressed air, steam, potable water, chilled water, pest control, and water for injection (WFI).\n\nLead project teams and personnel to achieve project and area objectives successfully.\n\nManagecapital projects, ensuring schedules are maintained and budgets are adhered to.\n\nSuggest and developenergy-saving ideas and facility improvements.\n\nInterpret, modify, and update buildingprints and utility drawings.\n\nApply business systems like work order systems, change control, validations, and corrective/preventive actions.\n\nEmploy cause mapping techniques for effective problem-solving.\n\nProgram utility controls and monitoring systems using industrial processors (Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems.\n\nFacilitate maintenance training for facility employees, covering safety, cGMPs, job skills, and JIBs.\n\nEnsure work orders and PMs are performed efficientlyand reported accurately.\n\nAnalyze, propose, and implement long-term solutions to existing and recurring problems.\n\nInspect, monitor, and maintain facility and equipment compliance with cGMP standards, ensuring constant audit readiness.\n\nAssist in procuring and installing new equipment.\n\nSupport environmental, health, and safety programs, as well as other plant initiatives, such as VIP,TPM, 6-S, and energy teams.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred) orequivalentexperience.\n\nMinimum of 1+ years of engineering experience, preferably in FDA manufacturing.\n\nDemonstrated interpersonaland leadershipskillswith the ability to interface well with personnel of all levels.\n\nAbilitytooperateinand support a collaborativeenvironment.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills applying cause mapping.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nProvenabilityto prioritizevarious tasks in a manufacturing setting.\n\nAbility to analyze and interpret scientific and statistical data.\n\nProficiencyinMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\n\nPreferred experience in Lean Manufacturing and 6s.\n\nPhysical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.\n\nAbilitytooperateina controlled setting that demands special gowning and adherenceto gowning protocols.\n\nFlexibilityto work or be assigned to different shifts as needed and work overtimewhen required.\n\nAbility to climb ladders, bend/stoop, reach above the shoulder, and maneuver around tight spaces.\n\nAbility to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods.\n\nPreferred workingknowledgeof facility utilities and energy conservation.\n\nWe understand compensation is animportantfactor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than that of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
