That means you can be proud of the work you support and the value we bring to people every day.\nAs part of a large multinational organization, you will have the opportunity to learn through collaboration with different teams, exposure to HR best practices, and continuous coaching from an experienced HR team committed to your professional development.\nWhat you do\nAnalysis of overdue accounts and customer outreach for payment follow-up.\nRecording payments in the cash application system.\nReviewing customer dispute records.\nKnowledge of key Order-to-Cash (O2C) process metrics, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and past-due accounts receivable.\nReviewing accounts with orders on hold and working closely with the Credit team.\nWhat you will bring\n Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field (minimum 50-75% of coursework completed, depending on university requirements).\nAvailability to work according to the company’s telecommuting policy.\nEnglish level B1 or higher.\nBasic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\nStrong willingness to learn and develop professional skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to organize tasks and manage time effectively.\nProactive attitude and openness to feedback.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.\nBenefits\nFood Allowance in our cafeteria\nDuration\nInternship of 12 months (with potential for extension or full-time employment)\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
