As Key Account Manager (Eastern Region, Ukraine), you’ll combine hands-on delivery with the judgement to prioritise issues, solve problems and keep important work moving.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, healthcare decision-makers, and clinical stakeholders, serving as the primary commercial contact and driving long-term partnership growth.\nCollaborate with distributors and customers to identify business opportunities, understand market trends and customer needs, and support the successful execution of commercial and marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.\nPromote products and communicate their clinical and business value to customers and partners.\nExecute local commercial and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize market potential.\nDevelop and implement territory plans based on market analysis, customer insights, and business priorities.\nAssess market potential and contribute to forecasting, business planning, and strategic decision-making.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nBuild and maintain a positive and professional image of the company's products through the provision of high-quality scientific, clinical, and commercial information.\nOrganize and participate in customer meetings, educational events, workshops, and industry conferences.\nBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Product Management, or a related commercial role within healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.\nExperience working with hospital customers, distributors, and healthcare decision-makers.\nExperience with public procurement and tender processes is considered an advantage.\nExperience in territory management, business planning, and execution of commercial activities.\nBased in Dnipro or Poltava, this role gives you the scope of a global healthcare organisation while keeping your contribution close to the work, customers and products it supports.
