Ensure quality standards, environmental compliance, and safe operations while troubleshooting issues, documenting results, and supporting production activities.\nYour Team\nYou will work with a collaborative team of operators, supervisors, quality, and maintenance partners focused on safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations. Together, the team supports product quality, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and environmental stewardship.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nTest, monitor, and record information related to plating processes and wastewater treatment.\nAdd or adjust chemicals as needed to maintain proper process conditions.\nContinuously monitor wastewater and adjust pH levels when necessary.\nHelp plan daily work activities and ensure materials and equipment are available and working properly.\nAssist with troubleshooting production issues and support rework activities when needed.\nReport equipment problems, material defects, wastewater concerns, or other issues that could impact operations.\nFollow all written procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.\nParticipate in team meetings and problem-solving activities.\nTrack production data to support quality, scheduling, and process improvements.\nTrain and assist other operators as needed.\nHelp maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nRecommend solutions for process, equipment, or production issues.\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh School Diploma or (GED) General Education Degree\nMust pass State approved Wastewater Treatment Course within 1 year of job acceptance.\nApplicants must be authorized to work for an employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.\nWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. To that end, this position has a salary pay rate of $25.09, plus shift differential for off shifts.
