In this highly visible role, you will coordinate logistics, inventory replenishment, distribution, and export activities across our network to ensure product availability, outstanding customer service, and efficient supply chain operations.\nActing as a key link between Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Customer Service, Procurement, and external logistics partners, you'll play a critical role in ensuring inventory and freight move seamlessly through the supply chain. You'll also drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance.\nAbout You\nYou're a highly organised and proactive supply chain professional who thrives on keeping things moving. With experience in logistics, transportation, inventory, or supply chain operations, you're comfortable managing competing priorities and working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver outstanding results. Most importantly, you're driven by making an impact and ensuring customers receive what they need, when they need it.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate domestic distribution and export activities across the ANZ network to support customer demand and inventory availability.\nManage inventory replenishment, stock transfers, warehouse movements, and freight requirements.\nCoordinate domestic and international transport bookings, shipment tracking, and logistics execution.\nProactively resolve transport disruptions, supply issues, and freight exceptions.\nMonitor and report transportation, distribution, and replenishment costs while identifying opportunities for optimisation.\nMaximise transport utilisation through effective load planning and freight management.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operational execution.\nSupport export shipments from ANZ facilities to regional and international destinations.\nAnalyse logistics and supply chain performance to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.\nInvestigate and resolve operational issues through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.\nSupport supply chain and transportation projects across the ANZ business.\nMaintain accurate master data, reporting, process documentation, and governance requirements.\nKey Requirements\nTertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.\n3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, Planning, Inventory Management, or a similar operational environment.\nStrong understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain operations.\nKnowledge of domestic freight and international export processes.\nKnowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or regulated healthcare supply chains is highly regarded.\nExperience coordinating replenishment, inventory, logistics, or transportation activities.\nProven ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and external service providers.\nExperience managing operational issues, supply risks, and service disruptions in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvement opportunities.\nExperience monitoring and reporting logistics or transportation costs.\nExperience managing export shipments and international freight movements.\nExperience working with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders.\nExposure to supplier performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
