Most importantly, you lead with empathy, integrity, and a genuine commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of others.\nIf you're an experienced nursing leader who is passionate about occupational health, employee wellbeing, and creating safer workplaces, we'd love to hear from you.\nApply today and help us continue our mission to Save and Sustain Lives.\nResponsibilities\nLead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of occupational health professionals.\nOversee day-to-day occupational health operations, ensuring effective service delivery and continuity of care.\nManage workplace health programs, case management activities, return-to-work planning, and employee wellbeing initiatives.\nProvide expert clinical guidance and support for complex health and injury management cases.\nCoordinate responses to workplace incidents and medical emergencies, including investigations and corrective action planning.\nEnsure compliance with workplace health, privacy, regulatory, and professional nursing standards.\nMonitor health, safety, quality, and operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nPartner with key stakeholders across EHS, HR, Operations, and leadership teams to support organisational health objectives.\nOversee documentation, reporting, record management, and clinical governance requirements.\nLead onboarding, training, competency assessments, and ongoing professional development activities.\nContribute to strategic planning and the development of occupational health policies, processes, and best practices.\nFoster a culture of safety, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nKey Requirements\nCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) registration and license to practice.\nTertiary qualification in Nursing, Occupational Health, Public Health, or a related discipline.\n3-5+ years of progressive nursing experience, ideally within occupational health, employee health, clinical operations, injury management, or case management.\nProven experience leading, coaching, and developing clinical teams.\nStrong clinical judgement, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.\nOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.\nKnowledge of workplace health regulations, professional practice standards, and compliance requirements.\nCPR and First Aid certification.\nAbility to respond effectively in emergency situations and manage competing priorities.\nExperience within manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or industrial environments.\nDemonstrated success leading quality improvement and workforce health initiatives.\n#ind-aus\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
