We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.\nHere, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.\nTu rol en Baxter:\nSalvar y sostener vidas trabajando en la planta de soluciones y dispositivos médicos (soluciones no estériles - hemodiálisis), realizando funciones relacionadas con el proceso de encarre del producto, asegurando el flujo constante del producto en la línea de producción y cumpliendo con los estándares de seguridad, calidad y productividad.\nLo que realizarás en Baxter:\nCumplir con los procedimientos determinados para el proceso, realizando línea despejada, inspección masiva y la tarea de encarre de producto, asegurando la calidad.\nManejo de estibador eléctrico o Yale para el transporte del producto.\nInformar tiempos perdidos, unidades fabricadas de producción y scrap.\nInformar oportunamente a los coordinadores de línea y/o supervisor cuando se presenten eventos de calidad.\nCumplir con la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad, regulaciones y normas aplicables en materia de calidad (GMP, manuales y procedimientos de calidad), seguridad en la cadena de suministro, sistema de gestión integral de la energía y políticas corporativas relacionadas con el cargo.\nEjecutar los entrenamientos de acuerdo con las fechas establecidas en el sistema y asistir a las reuniones y capacitaciones programadas para el cargo.\nLo que aportarás:\nTécnico en neumática.
