As a Fill & Pack Operator I, you will be part of the Manufacturing team responsible for producing and packaging products that help save and sustain lives around the world.\nYou will work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure manufacturing processes are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Baxter's quality and regulatory standards. Your role is essential in maintaining product quality, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOperate manufacturing and packaging equipment following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).\nPerform production activities including filling, labeling, packaging, equipment setup, operation, and cleanup.\nOperate multiple workstations within the packaging process and support required clerical activities.\nEnsure equipment is operating properly and promptly identify and escalate abnormalities or issues.\nPerform in-process inspections and checks to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.\nComplete manufacturing documentation accurately and timely, including batch records, packaging modules, protocols, rework documentation, and related records.\nSupport compliance with cGMP, FDA, EHS, and company requirements.\nAssist in investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions related to process or quality concerns.\nVerify materials are available, accurate, and properly staged to support uninterrupted production flow.\nSupport lead operators with document reviews and production readiness activities.\nEnsure filling and packaging operations achieve expected yields and performance targets.\nAssist with equipment qualifications, validations, and process improvement activities.\nSupport the onboarding and training of new operators through on-the-job training (OJT).\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.\nMonitor area metrics and support actions to reduce scrap, rework, and process variability.\nFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.\nSupport Baxter's commitment to environmental sustainability by complying with environmental policies and requirements.\nProperly handle materials and waste in accordance with environmental, health, safety, and hazardous material regulations.\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nManufacturing experience in a regulated industry preferred.\nExperience working in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or FDA-regulated environment is a plus.\nBasic knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and Environmental Health & Safety regulations.\nAbility to operate automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment.\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to accurately complete manufacturing documentation and maintain records.\nAbility to read, write, and understand both English and Spanish.\nUS Benefits at Baxter (except for Puerto Rico)\nThis is where your well-being matters.
