We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.\nHere, you will find more than just a job-you will find purpose and pride.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nFollow PPE, safety, and cleanroom requirements, and report any hazards or concerns.\nAdhere to cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and Data Integrity (ALCOA+) standards.\nPerform batch filling, CIP/SIP, and equipment cleaning activities as per approved procedures.\nMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of production areas, equipment, and cleanrooms.\nMonitor equipment performance and ensure proper status labeling of machines.\nSupport smooth production operations by coordinating with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.\nReport breakdowns, deviations, quality issues, or non-conformances to supervisors and stop activities when required.\nAssist in achieving production, quality, and compliance targets while maintaining accurate documentation.\nWhat You'll Bring\nITI or related field.\n2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging, preferably injectables.\nHands-on experience with manufacturing, sterile production, filling operations, or regulated production environments.\nKnowledge of GMP, GDP, SOPs, BPRs, SAP, and pharmaceutical documentation practices.\nStrong troubleshooting, teamwork, attention to detail, and safety mindset.\nExperience with device operations, production equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
